"Restaurant at the harbour of Lauwersoog with a Waddensea view. Serving fresh regional fish, meat and vegetarian foods. Come, taste and learn all about the foods 'our' Wadden serves. Try fish like mullet, gurnard, haddock, halibut, weever, mackerel and shell fish like shrimp, cockles, mussels and also Wild Wadoysters. We serve homemade fries made from a regional grown potato (fertilized with seaweed) and our salads with seasonal seaweeds. Join us for one of our fishtours or workshops. You can go with fishermen Jan & Barbara (TS31) fishing for mullet, handpicking and opening oysters or take a workshop plankton, seaweed, fish filleting, smoking or boiling. We provide arrangements for groups like families, businesses en schools too."
