"Cencalli offers the purest tastes of Mexican food in the center of The Hague. Our kitchen uses ten different types of Mexican corn, to be enjoyed in quesadillas, tetelas, sopas, totopos, pasteles and tacos. We buy and import our corn, chiles, beans, cocoa and herbs directly from small-scale farmers in Southern Mexico. And what is more: our salsas, tortillas, longaniza, aguas frescas are made on site, under the guidance of our Mexican chef. So everything is day fresh, handmade and pure. At night you can enjoy tacos Mexico City style in a lively atmosphere. During the day you may explore our Oaxacan lunch with tortillas straight from the comal de barro, possibly Europe's only operational earthenware baking dish."
